By using a template, you can simplify the chatbot creation process and build it in a more practical way.
These templates work as preconfigured structures that already include the main conversational flows and features you need, such as Scheduling, Service Evaluation, and more.
Example of use
Templates allow you to select an existing flow and adapt it to your needs. This way, you can focus on customizing the information without having to build everything from scratch. For example:
Automated triage: Configure this chatbot to route and organize customer service quickly and objectively.
Scheduling: Use it to book appointments, meetings, or visits. This template makes it easier to collect information about dates and times, as well as store this data.
Business hours service: This template focuses on collecting some user data and validating whether the contact is happening during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). If it is within business hours, the conversation is transferred. If it is outside, a message is displayed informing the customer that they are trying to contact outside service hours.
Service evaluation: Use this template to run customer satisfaction surveys. It is a great way to receive feedback about your business and identify areas for improvement.
Frequently asked questions: With this template, create a base of predefined questions and answers to solve your customers’ most common doubts.
Product questions: This Generative AI template focuses on answering questions about electronic products and transferring the conversation to the sales team.
Resume support service: It checks whether the user is in their first interaction or resuming an already started service. If resuming, the user is transferred. If it is the first interaction, the bot collects some data before transferring.
Product support: This Generative AI template focuses on solving issues related to electronic products and transferring the conversation to the support team.
Practical example tutorial
Create a new chatbot
Go to the Chatbot > Chatbot list module.
Click Create new chatbot and select Start from templates.
Choose the template that best fits your needs:
Automated triage
Scheduling
Business hours service
Service evaluation
Frequently asked questions
Product questions (GAI)
Resume support service
Product support (GAI)
Finally, click Select.
Adjust final details
With the template selected and the chatbot created, you will be redirected to the Builder or Generative AI screen, where you will see the respective building steps.
To adapt it to your company’s reality and personality, simply review the created flows and adjust them as needed.
For example, add your company name at the beginning if it is a flow, include specific information such as available scheduling hours, questions and answers for FAQs, or satisfaction questions for the Evaluation.
Once finished, your chatbot will be ready to be linked to the desired channel and start interacting with your customers.
