The Template Library is a Zenvia repository with standardized message suggestions for use on WhatsApp. These templates are structured according to Meta’s guidelines, streamlining the creation and delivery of commercial, transactional, or support communications.
Although the templates are already aligned with Meta’s policies, all messages must still go through platform approval after being added to your account. In other words, the library speeds up the process but does not remove the mandatory validation step.
This feature provides convenience by avoiding the need to create messages from scratch, reduces common formatting errors, and improves communication efficiency with customers.
Some examples of using WhatsApp message templates:
- Update registration;
- Congratulations on your customer's birthday;
- Event invitation;
- Contract proposal;
- Discount, offer, or opportunity;

- Notice of product in stock;
- Test result;

- Consultation reminder, etc.
