Telegram is an instant messaging application that offers a range of features, including group chat, voice and video calls, file sharing and an open application programming interface (API) that allows the development of bots and custom integrations. One of the distinctive aspects of Telegram are its "channels", which are one-way communication spaces in which administrators can broadcast messages to an unlimited number of subscribers.
To access this channel, go to Zenvia Chat - Administrator Profile > Settings > Channels > Telegram.
- Integrate your Telegram account with Zenvia Chat. To do this, click on the + button in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter your country, code and phone number. Click on Receive confirmation code.
- You will receive your code in the Telegram app.
- Enter the code and click Validate code.
- To finish, simply enter the name of your bot, i.e. how your company will be found on Telegram. Also enter the related departments and click Finish.
That's it! Your account is integrated with Zenvia Chat.
