Account data plays a fundamental role in both the personal and business spheres. This information, which includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other details, is essential for ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
To access your account details, go to Zenvia Chat - Administrator profile > Settings > My Account > Account information.
Here you can view your account details with the following contractor information:

Main contact (name under which the account was created);

Company;

Company name (optional);

ID (optional);

State registration (optional);

Address (optional);

Phone number (optional);

E-mail;

Time zone;
-
Language.
In general, all that is needed to create an account is the main contact information (the name under which the account is created), the company name and the telephone number. You can edit these and all the other details on this screen by simply saving the changes at the end.
