Access Support Channels from the left side menu in Zenvia Conversion.

Click on the channel’s icon image, located to the right of the line’s name.
💡 Tip: If the channel already has an image configured, you can replace it by clicking Upload photo.
Choose an image from your file gallery.
Click Open to upload the new image.
Refresh the page to view the updated profile picture.
Permitted image sizes and formats
Recommended size: For WhatsApp profile pictures, the ideal size is 640 x 640 pixels.
