Zenvia Conversion allows you to send files hosted in the cloud from conversations with your clients, check below how to activate this function:
1 - Go to Apps and choose the Google Drive app:
2 - Next, choose the group in which you want to install the application and click "Install":
Before activating the app, you will have to configure each of the options as you prefer:
Visibility options
Show folders: Check this option if you want your agents to see Google Drive documents organized by folders.
Send folders: Choose this option if you want to be able to send folders as well as files.
Show only files that belong to me: Check this box if you want to send only files you own.
File type options
In this section, you can select the type of files you want to send. The options are:

To activate the app, click "On" at the top right of the screen, then select "Save".
To send the Google Drive file you want, follow these steps:
1 - Press the + symbol at the bottom of the conversation and select the Google Drive icon:
2 - You will be asked to log in with the Google account you use at work. Remember to have your browser's pop-up option enabled, otherwise, this feature will not be available.
On the Google Drive screen, you will be able to sort files by date, name, or even use the search engine to find them quickly.
You can upload any type of file and up to 10 at the same time! It is important that the file is allowed to be accessed by the client. You can configure this in your Google Drive account.
3 - Choose the file and click on "Select" to send it directly to your customer.
If you want to logout from your Google Drive account and use another one, just repeat the operation up to point 2, but instead of clicking "Select" choose "Cancel".
Clarifications:

For the momento, the app is only available for the desktop version of Zenvia Conversion.

The file must be shared with the contact (or completely public) for you to access it once sent.

You can share up to 10 files at a time.

The files are sent as Google Drive links.

The Google Drive email must be the same as the user and vice versa.
