Monitor Activities is a feature of Zenvia Conversion where you can find detailed information about interactions and activities performed by your collaborators (Agents) in our solution.

For example, let's say you want to analyze the number of archived conversations in the month of June. With this feature, you can filter by date and review the activities related to that.

This information helps evaluate the effectiveness of your conversion strategies, optimize communication with your customers, identify engagement trends, measure your team's productivity, and make more informed decisions.

Main Features

To access the feature, simply go to the side menu and click on Monitor Activities.

The activities display in detail all actions performed by your team, according to the applied filter.

You can filter information by Team, Period, and Agents for personalized data analysis.

In View chat, you will be directed to the chat in the Chats module in Zenvia Conversion.

By clicking Download report, you will receive a download link in your email.

💡Tip: The download link will be available for 7 days. After this period, it is necessary to click Download report again for a new download request.
