Send your location or that of any of your business offices from your conversations in Zenvia Conversion.
To send your location to a client, follow these steps:
1 - Press the attach icon located above the bottom bar of your conversation and select Location:
2 - A pop-up will appear, where you can write the address you want to send, or select it on the map:
Press the icon of the paper plane located on the side to send the location to your contact. They will find you easily. In Recent locations you will have access to the addresses you use the most.
3 - Voilá! This is how your sent address will look like:
