To upload your credit card details to Zenvia Conversion, follow these steps:

1 - Go to Billing Profile and before entering your credit card information, make sure you have completed your billing profile. Click on the pencil to allow you to edit the fields:

You must fill out the company name for your business, e-mail, country, state, city, exact address, postal code, and legal identification number (this final field varies by country).

You must also check the indicated option accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. After that, press Save to confirm the information.

2 - Once you have saved that information, you can fill out the payment method. Click on Add credit card and fill out the fields with your credit card information:

3 - When finished, click Add at the top right of the screen and you will see a green alert confirming that the card was successfully added. From that moment on, the Zenvia Conversion service will be automatically debited from your card.
