If you're not receiving notifications, first check that your phone is connected to the internet and that the time settings are automatic.
How to check my notifications?
For Android, you can find a "Receive test notification" option on your profile:
⚠️ Attention: Starting on 08/31/2024, our mobile app will no longer be compatible with Android devices running version 7 or lower. Only devices with Android 8 or higher will be able to install or update the app.
In iOS we recommend selecting a client and scheduling a reminder for some time in the next 5 minutes. Wait to receive the notification.
If the issue continues to happen, please uninstall Zenvia Conversion app from your phone and install it again, making sure you allow Zenvia Conversion to send notifications to your phone.
Also, it's important to ensure that sound notifications are allowed, to do this, you need to go to the app settings on your mobile and check if you have active permissions to receive sound notifications from the Zenvia Conversion app:

Verify notifications are allowed in Zenvia Conversion's website by clicking in the URL bar, as shown in the next picture:
Then, go to chrome://flags and set as disabled the option "Enable native notifications":
Finally, you must clean cache, cookies and site data following the steps shown in this article, and after that you’ll receive notifications normally.
