How to contact the Support Team

Our Support team is ready to assist with questions or issues related to our services. All support is provided through Zoe, our virtual assistant, ensuring faster ticket resolution.

⚠️AttentionOnly users registered as Administrators on the Basic Plan and users on the Pro Plan have access to the support function. Trial Plan users can request support only via email, without access to the chat.

If you couldn’t find the answer you were looking for in the Help Center, here’s how to contact us:


On the desktop version (computer)

You can access support through three paths, all available in the side menu:

  1. Help Center

    • In the left side menu, click the question mark icon (Help Center).
    • Then, click Support.
    • The chat with Zoe will open in the bottom-right corner, where you can start your support session.
  2. Overview

    • On the home screen, go to the left side menu and select Overview.
    • Click the chat icon in the bottom corner to start your support session with Zoe.
  3. Support Channels

    • Access the left side menu and click Support Channels.
    • Click the chat icon in the bottom corner to start your support session with Zoe.

On the mobile version (cell phone)

  • In the app, go to Settings > Support.
  • You’ll be directed to the chat to send your request through Zoe.
