Widgets are simplified ways of allowing the agent to access integrations with other products or software in order to facilitate the agent's day-to-day operations. With the service on screen, the agent can get another connection such as: Salesforce, CRM, send data, receive data, for example. Without having to switch tabs to connect, the agent can access these other platforms in a more integrated, practical and agile way.
⚠️ Attention:This functionality is only available for the Advanced plan.
To access this feature, go to Zenvia Chat - Administrator Profile > Service > Widgets and integrations.
The Administrator will have the three main, standard Widgets already installed, which are: Chat information, Service history and Tasks.
In addition to the standard ones already installed, for the time being we have the NLU widget. In which it is possible to create more than one NLU widget. With this, the Admin can connect one or more bots to the NLU Widget in Zenvia Chat, enabling the agent to access and interact with that bot without leaving the service area.
In this way, we allow Zenvia Chat customers to use Zenvia NLU bots to meet various internal needs. For example:
- If you need to send data to platforms via the NLU API, you can create a bot that receives data input from the agent and passes that data on via the API to other software.
- If you need to query data from a piece of software via the NLU API. You can create a bot that queries this data and displays the information to the agent.
- If you need to provide a way for agents to ask questions while answering calls. You can create a bot that can answer agents' questions and provide them with relevant information.
To configure the NLU Widget, in NLU click on Create and then include the Widget link. Finally, click on Save. Remember that the bot must be built in Zenvia NLU in order to include the widget link here in Zenvia Chat. In Zenvia NLU you can create virtual assistants, monitor their performance and connect them to various channels, all with Artificial Intelligence. Find out more here.
That's it! Widget configured and accessed by the agent.
