Schedule broadcast in Zenvia Customer Cloud

Important: Before following the instructions, make sure the feature is available for your access profile.

When creating a Email, SMS, or WhatsApp communication, you can choose how and when those messages will be sent.

The available options are:

  • Send now: Sends the message in real time.
  • Schedule broadcast: Allows you to set a specific date and time for the message to be sent.
  • Send with AIAutomatically selects the best time to send based on your contacts’ previous interactions with your organization.

In this article, learn how to schedule the sending of your messages.

Schedule broadcast

If you already know the ideal day and time to send your communication, you can schedule the broadcast.
To do so:

  1. Select the Schedule broadcast option.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. Broadcast date: Select the desired day.
    2. Broadcast time: Select the desired time.
  3. Click Finish broadcast to complete the scheduling.

⏰ The sending will be performed according to the GMT-0300 (Brasília Standard Time) time zone.

Track results

After sending, you can track your communication performance in Analytics > Message broadcast > Broadcast performance.
