08. Schedule broadcast in Zenvia Customer Cloud

When sending communications by email, RCS, SMS, or WhatsApp, you can choose how these messages are delivered. 

⚠️ Attention: This feature is available only for users with the Operator or Admin profiles.

You must choose from the options:

Additionally, it is optional to send messages in batches. In this article, we will see how to send messages in real-time and schedule broadcast messages.

Send now

To send messages in real-time:

  1. In the last stage of creating the message, verify the information and, if everything is correct, click on the Dispatch or schedule button;
  2. Next, select the Broadcast now option;
  3. Finally, click on the Finish dispatch button to complete the delivery;
  4. Done! Your communication has been sent. Click on Go to track deliveries to monitor your broadcasts metrics.

Next, let's learn how to schedule broadcast messages.

Schedule broadcast

If you do not want to send the communication in real-time, you can schedule your broadcast. To do this:

  1. Select the Schedule broadcast option.
  2. After selecting this option, fill in the Broadcast date and Broadcast time fields. These two fields will determine the time your broadcast will be sent to recipients;
    • In the Broadcast date field, click on the icon calendario.png to select the desired date;
    • In the Broadcast time field, click on the icon RELOGIO.png to select the desired time.
  3. Finally, click on the Finish dispatch button to complete the scheduling of the broadcast. This delivery will be sent considering the time zone: GMT-0300 (Brasília Standard Time);
  4. Done! Your communication has been created and will be sent on the scheduled date and time. After sending, you can monitor your broadcast metrics.
