Track your Quotes in the Analytics module of Zenvia Customer Cloud. In this panel, you'll have visibility into profits and quotes pending, rejected, and converted into sales.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is available to users with Viewer, Operator, and Admin profiles. You need to have the Quotes application installed.
How to analyze Quotes data
To analyze your quotes, go to Analytics > Quotes.
Use the filter to view information about your groups and the following periods: Today, Yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, This month, Last month, and Custom.
💡 Tip: You can download all charts as CSV files.
See what each represents:
Waiting: total quotes pending approval by contacts;
Rejected: total quotes rejected by contacts;
Sales: total quotes approved by contacts, in other words, converted into sales;
Revenue: total profit obtained from approved quotes;
Quotes by agent: number of quotes sent by each team member, with corresponding status.
Quote details
View specific information about each quote:
Customer: the contact who received the proposal. Clicking on the customer accesses the conversation;
Date: day the quote was updated;
Agent: team member responsible for the quote;
Source: channel through which the customer contacted your company, for example Facebook ad, WhatsApp, website, etc.;
Status: status of the quote, such as: awaiting response, rejected, or sale confirmed;
Total: sum of the value of all your listed products.
