Important: Before following the instructions, make sure the feature is available for your access profile.

Located in the left sidebar menu, Settings is a feature of the Support module in Zenvia Customer Cloud. Here you configure your Support Tickets and Chat for your support team.

To use this feature, go to: Support Service > Settings.

Ticket Settings

Ticket settings are related to the Tickets. Click Manage to configure the features:

Conversation Settings

Conversation settings are related to the Inbox. Click Manage to configure the features:
