Configure Business Hours to inform your customers about the availability of your operation each day of the week and the break periods of your Support Service team in the chat.
How It Works
To use this feature, go to Support Service > Settings > ConversationSettings > Business Hours > Manage.
On the main screen, you will see the following information:
- Name;
- Period;
- Group;
- Hours;
- Break;
- Status (active or inactive);
- Editing and deletion options.
💡 Tip: Use filters to get specific search results.
Create Business Hours
Go to Support Service > Settings > Conversation Settings > Business Hours > Manage.
1. Click the New Business Hours button.
2. Enter a name for the Business Hours. Example: Standard Support.
3. Select the time zone.
4. Choose the working days and fill in the Business Hours. For example: From 08:00 to 18:00.
5. In Break, configure the break time for your team. For example: From 12:00 to 13:00.
6. Make these support hours available for all groups or select specific groups.
⚠️ Attention: Selecting Business Hours for all groups will affect all departments.
7. Save the information.
Done! Business Hours created successfully.
