Change your plan directly in the Zenvia Customer Cloud. You can easily and quickly change your subscription by following the steps below.

⚠️ Attention: The plan change can only be made by users with the Admin profile.

Step-by-step guide to change your plan

  1. Log in to your Zenvia Customer Cloud account;

  2. Go to Settings > Plans and contracts;

  3. Click on the Change Plan option in the top right corner of the screen;

  4. Select the desired plan to make the change. For more details on each plan’s composition, visit the Zenvia website.

Rules for changing plans

  • Canceled Plan: If your plan is canceled, you will need to resolve the cancellation before making the change.

  • Payment method:

    • The payment method and currency will follow the original contract.

    • It is not possible to change the payment method (e.g., from credit card to invoice or vice versa) directly through the software. To do so, contact the support team via Zoe.

    • If you are already using a credit card, you can change cards in Settings > Plans and contracts, under the option Manage Cards.

Billing cycle

The plan change in Zenvia Customer Cloud takes effect immediately, allowing you to enjoy the new features right away. The billing cycle follows a recurring model, similar to a subscription, based on the plan's purchase date. For example, if you purchased the plan on the 15th, billing will occur on the 15th of the following month. The next invoice will reflect the new terms of your chosen plan.
