13. Integrate Meta Marketing with Zenvia Customer Cloud

Integrate the Meta Ads Manager with Zenvia Customer Cloud and expand your marketing strategies.

The integration can be used in:

  • Ads: Turn Instagram posts into ads with click-to-WhatsApp, allowing leads to start commercial conversations or interact with chatbots when they click on the ads, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Analytics > Campaigns: Monitor performance data, including contact responses, sales conversions, and the financial return on your investments, for a more complete view of the impact of campaigns created on the Meta platform with click-to-WhatsApp.

Make sure you have:

  • A Meta ad account.

  • A Facebook page linked to the ad account.

  • An Instagram account linked to the Facebook page.

  • A WhatsApp number linked to the Facebook page.

  • The Meta Marketing integration with Zenvia Customer Cloud. See below.

Link the Meta account to Zenvia Customer Cloud

In Zenvia Customer Cloud:

  1. In the sidebar menu, go to Settings > Channels;

  2. Look for Meta Marketing and click on Integrate;

  3. If you are not logged into your Facebook or Instagram account, log in using your business credentials.

On Facebook:

  1. After entering your login credentials, you must select the business portfolio you wish to connect to Zenvia;

  2. Choose the page(s) that Zenvia Customer Cloud will need to access;

  3. Then select the ad account(s) that Zenvia Customer Cloud will need to access and click Continue;

  4. Set up your data by naming an event data set or use the default name provided and click Create;

  5. Verify the information of the page that Zenvia Customer Cloud will access and click Confirm. Then, confirm the requested permissions and click Save.
