Important: Before following the instructions, make sure the feature is available for your access profile.
You can easily correct, complete, or update your personal information by accessing the account preferences in Zenvia Customer Cloud.
Change profile name (First and Last Name)
- The profile name appears in the messages sent during commercial and support interactions.
- Changing the first or last name does not affect your email address.
Step-by-step to update your name:
- Access app.zenvia.com. Log in with your username and password if necessary.
- On the home page, click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Go to my account.
- In the Personal data tab, edit the name and click Save to confirm the change.
💡 Tip: If the change is not reflected immediately, log out and log in again:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner again.
- Select the Log Out option from the menu.
- Log back in with the same username and password.
Other available changes
- Change your password: You can modify the password to access Zenvia Customer Cloud at any time.
- Enable two-factor authentication: Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication.
