You can easily correct, complete, or update your personal information by accessing the Account preferences in Zenvia Customer Cloud.
What would you like to change?
Profile Name (First and Last Name)
⚠️ Attention: All users, regardless of their access profile type, can edit their own profile name.
- The profile name appears in the messages sent during commercial and support interactions.
- Changing the first or last name does not affect your email address.
💡 Tip: You can update the name if you made a mistake when creating the account or if the name linked to your email has changed and needs to be updated.
Step-by-step to update your name:
- Access app.zenvia.com. Log in with your username and password if necessary.
- On the home page, click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Account Preferences.
- In the My Account tab, click the pencil icon next to the name field.
- Edit the name and click the checkmark icon to confirm the change.
Organization Address
⚠️ Attention: Only users with the Admin profile are allowed to edit the organization’s address.
When changing your address, you must agree to the terms. This means that:
- The information provided is true.
- The new address is already registered with the relevant authorities.
- You are authorized to make this change on behalf of the legal entity whose data is being modified.
Step-by-step to update the organization address:
- Access app.zenvia.com. Log in with your username and password if necessary.
- On the home page, click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Account Preferences.
- Go to the Address tab and click Edit Address.
- Fill in the necessary fields and confirm the change.
Other available changes
- Change your password: You can modify the password to access Zenvia Customer Cloud at any time.
- Enable two-factor authentication: Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication.
