The integration of Shopify with Zenvia Customer Cloud allows for the automatic sending of WhatsApp messages whenever a new order is placed. This connection facilitates communication with customers, enabling you to send product and order status information quickly.

This feature is only available for users with Operator and Admin profiles.

For customers to be contacted via WhatsApp, they must have a phone number assigned at the time of purchase. See below.
How to make the phone number mandatory on Shopify?
To ensure that the customer’s phone number is collected at the time of purchase, follow the steps below:

Access Shopify and go to Settings.

Select Checkout Screen.
-
In the shipping address phone number field, check the Required option.
How to install Shopify on Zenvia Customer Cloud

On the sidebar menu, go to Commercial Service > Integrations.

Click the Add button in the bottom right corner.

Select Shopify.
-
Choose a group to assign the application to.
-
Click Install.
-
A window will appear with information about the installation and the app’s assignment to the group. To send product details, you will need the SKU number (product reference).

You will be able to access the application from the conversation bar with your contact.

To use an automatic template, select this option during installation and choose the desired template or request a new one.

After pressing Install, copy and paste the URL of your store into the indicated field and click Send.

You will be redirected to your Shopify account, where you must grant Zenvia Customer Cloud permissions to connect.

Back in Zenvia Customer Cloud, enable the option to send the automatic message template you wish to use, choosing from the previously activated templates.

Click Save to complete the installation.
How to use Shopify on Zenvia Customer Cloud

Access the desired conversation in Commercial Service > Service Box. Click the options button of the conversation with the contact , located to the left of the typing area.

Click the Shopify icon. A new screen will open, allowing you to enter the product SKU.

Preview the message to be sent. You can choose to include the product price and description.

Press the Send button to have your customer receive the message via WhatsApp.
