06. Expert agent usage statistics

This feature displays the data for each expert agent. Here, you can view, analyze, and export the data for each expert agent. This information supports decision-making and planning the next steps regarding expert agent and the impacted contacts (customers). Usage statistics will be available in expert agent whenever the execution value is greater than zero.

💡 Tip:  The displayed data refers to the last 30 days, i.e., from the current day going backward.

To access this feature, go to Zenvia Customer Cloud > Expert agents. In the list of created expert agent, click the three dots, Options, or Executions (if the value is greater than zero), then click the eye icon.

Key Usage Data

The expert agent data displayed includes:

  • Expert agent name;

  • Last Execution Date;

  • Activation Date;

  • Impacted Contacts: total number of contacts impacted by the expert agent who received at least one message;

  • Undelivered Messages: total number of message delivery errors.

At the bottom of the screen, you can check the date and time of the last data update. Remember, this data is updated hourly, so you need to wait for it to be fully processed.

Additionally, you can Export data to CSV. Once this is done, you will receive an on-screen notification when the report is ready for download.
