In this article, learn about updates to rules and flows in the Ticket Panel, including changes to the export process and view settings in Kanban and Listing modes.
Ticket Export
The ticket export process is now done through Custom Reports. See the change:
- Access Tickets and select the desired view.
- Click on Options.
- The Export Tickets option has been removed. Now, exports are exclusively done via Custom Reports. If you don’t have a report configured with the desired conditions, you can use the Copy View to Custom Reports shortcut to perform the export.
This change redirects the entire export process to Custom Reports, which uses new extraction technology integrated with the Processing Center. This center stores exports performed in different areas of the system, making the process more centralized.
How to copy a view to Custom Reports?
- Click on Copy View to Custom Reports.
- If the view has more than 50 columns, the system will display a warning that the limit has been exceeded, and it will be necessary to reduce the number of columns to proceed.
- If the view has up to 50 columns, select the panel and click on Copy View.
- After the loading is complete, you will be redirected to the custom report screen with the copied view, where you can request the export.
Only the conditions of the view will be copied to the custom report. Filters applied in the original view will not be included.
