To ensure optimal availability and performance of our platform, Zenvia Customer Cloud has implemented enhanced mechanisms for API access control. These measures are designed to optimize usage and prevent operational overload.

API Access Times and Limits

  • From 7:01 AM to 6:59 PM:
The APIs have a maximum limit of 10 requests per minute.
  • From 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (next day):
Access is unrestricted for all APIs, with no request limits.

What is Rate Limiting?

Rate limiting is a configuration designed to control the number of requests a user can make to an API endpoint within a specific time frame. This control prevents incorrect or excessive queries from impacting platform performance.

For example:

  • Client A: Sends requests within the 10-per-minute limit without any issues.
  • Client B: Exceeds the allowed limit and, as a result, receives an alert message stating that the limit has been surpassed.

Rate Limit in Zenvia Customer Cloud

The default limit is 10 requests per minute for support APIs (such as the tickets API).

If you require higher capacity for a specific use case, please contact our support team so we can analyze the feasibility of increasing the limit according to your needs.
