 This feature allows customers to limit the consumption of interactionz generated by trigger automations, helping them control costs, better manage interactions with their customers, and avoid unexpected expenses.


⚠️ Attention:
  • This feature is available for Administrator/Operator user profiles.
  • The usage limit counted here does not necessarily generate an interactionz. The charging of interactionz continues according to the rule described in Conditions and Consumption of InteractionZ.


To access this feature, go to Expert Agents > Usage Limit.

When creating a exert agent, you must configure the usage limit to activate it. Click on Set Usage Limit to do so. Upon clicking this option, the Expert Agent Usage Limit screen will open, as detailed below.


Expert Agent Usage Limit

Define whether the expert agent will have a usage limit. If a limit is set, the agent will stop executing once the limit is reached.

  • Limit Usage: When enabling this option, you can define the number of interactionz, renewed monthly, for the expert agent.
  • Interactionz: Enter the value, which must be a positive numerical value. Example: 100, 200, 300 interactionz.

⚠️ Attention: The usage limit can be adjusted at any time, even after creating the expert agent. If the Limit Usage option is disabled, the previously defined limit will be ignored, and triggers will occur without interactionz restrictions.

If you do not want to limit usage, simply leave the button disabled. In this case, you must still click Save Usage Limit, even if no limit is applied. As a result, the initial screen will display a value of 0 (zero) interactionz.
