In this article, learn how to receive and manage Zoho leads in Zenvia Customer Cloud.
Activate the Zoho app if you want:
- A lead to be created in Zoho when it is created in Zenvia Customer Cloud.
- A lead to be created in Zenvia Customer Cloud when it is created in Zoho.
- When creating a quote in Zenvia Customer Cloud, the customer moves from "lead" to "contact" in Zoho.
- When editing a lead in Zenvia Customer Cloud, it is also modified in Zoho.
- When adding a note in Zenvia Customer Cloud, this information is also replicated in Zoho.
To start this integration, follow these steps:
1. Go to Sales > Integrations and select the Zoho CRM channel.
2. Choose which group to assign the integration to and press the Install button.
3. Then, log in. You will be redirected to the Zoho website, where you must log in and grant the access permissions requested by the CRM.
4. Once accepted, the integration will be successfully activated. Refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
5. Finally, choose the channel name, activate it, and press Save.
