Connect your Unbounce landing pages directly to Zenvia Customer Cloud and receive leads in real time in the commercial service.
Requirements
- Active Unbounce account.
- Access to the Webhook configuration area in Unbounce (or contact your account executive).
Steps to set up the integration
1. Activate the integration in Zenvia Customer Cloud
- Go to Sales > Integrations.
- Find the Unbounce integration and click on it.
- Choose the service group that will receive the leads.
- Click Install.
2. Copy the integration URL
After installation, a unique URL will be displayed for your integration. This URL will be used to configure the Webhook in Unbounce.
3. Set up the Webhook in Unbounce

Or, if you prefer, send the integration URL to your Unbounce account executive and ask them to activate it for you.
4. Wait for activation confirmation
As soon as the Unbounce team confirms the Webhook is active, return to Zenvia Customer Cloud and complete the setup.
In the Industry Configuration field, select the sector that matches your business. Available options are:
- Vehicles
- Savings plans
- Retail / Commerce
- Insurance
- Real Estate
After choosing the sector, click Save in the top right corner of the screen.
With the integration active, all leads generated from your Unbounce landing pages will be automatically imported into Zenvia Customer Cloud, appearing in the assigned commercial service group inbox.
