Click-to-message ads allow you to direct leads straight to conversations on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct, starting a chat with your business when users click the message button shown in the ad.

When these channels are integrated with Zenvia Customer Cloud, conversations started from ads appear directly in the commercial support inbox, making it easier for your team to follow up and respond.

WhatsApp

With click-to-WhatsApp ads, you can add a “Send Message” button to your Facebook and Instagram ads. When clicked, the customer is redirected to a conversation on your business's WhatsApp.

Before creating the ad, you need to:

  1. Have a WhatsApp Business account (via WhatsApp Business App or WhatsApp Business API).
  2. Connect that account to your Facebook Page.
  3. Have admin rights for the page.

Facebook Messenger

Click-to-Messenger ads work with three objectives: Messages, Traffic, or Conversions.

  • Messages: Ideal for engaging with users most likely to reply via Messenger. (Recommended)
  • Traffic: Directs users to a Messenger conversation.
  • Conversions: Use if you're tracking events with the Meta Pixel.

Instagram Direct

Click-to-Instagram Direct ads are shown in the feed or stories. When clicked, the customer starts a conversation with your business through Instagram Direct, where they can ask questions, get support, or complete a purchase.

Before creating the ad, you need to:

  1. Have a business Instagram account
  2. Connect that account to your Facebook Page.
