Quotes App is a feature integrated into Zenvia Conversion that simplifies the creation and sending of quotes to your contacts via WhatsApp. With Quotes, you can record and measure all sales made through our solution.
In Quotes, you manage your company's product catalog, configure additional fields to export a quote as a PDF, record your sales, and extract reports for strategic analysis.
For example, you can register your products in the app, and when a customer requests a quote, you can send it as a PDF directly in the conversation with the contact. If it converts to a sale, you can change the status of the quote.
How to Install the App
To install the app, follow these steps:
1. Access Integrations in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the "+" icon.
3. Search for the Quotes app.
4. Select a group to assign this app.
5. Click on Install.
💡Tip: The Quotes app allows for the closure of interactions. Therefore, while on the settings screen, remember to configure the Act as a user option.
Configuring Quotes
Configuring Quotes is simple, just access the Integrations section and search for Quotes.
On the settings screen, you can adjust the following items:
Catalog
In Catalog, choose whether you want to allow Agents to add new products to your catalog when creating a new quote, either manually or via a CSV file.
The Show Catalog button displays all registered products. Click Load to import your products via a CSV file into Zenvia Conversion.
To avoid errors in your upload, click Download Template to use our CSV file template. Avoid using special characters in prices when registering products, as only numbers are accepted, for example: $500, 5000.
Additional Fields
You can include additional fields to add extra data to your quotes, such as emails, phone numbers, text, or IDs. Additionally, you can choose to add these additional fields when exporting the quote as a PDF.
Customizing the Appearance
In the app's settings, choose an image to use as a group identifier and header in each sent quote. For example, you can use your brand's logo.
Simply click Select Image and upload an image in JPEG or PNG format with a maximum size of 2 MB.
Contacts
Finally, choose from the following options for contact management:

Close contacts with each sale.

Automatically close contacts with Sale reasons.

Never close contacts with sales.
How to Create a Quote
In Interactions, go to the desired contact's chat to create a quote. Click on the "+" icon and then on Quote.
Select the products, quantity, set the status, and include the total value or comments if necessary.
During customer evaluation, the status will be Pending. If the quote is approved, mark it as Closed and select the sales date. If it is declined, mark it as Rejected.
After saving the quote, you will receive an internal record in the chat with the ID, status, product details, and total.
To send the quote to the customer, click on the PDF icon in the upper right corner of the quote.
💡 Tip: Whenever you wish, you can edit information such as the date, status, or price of the quote by simply clicking on View Quote. You can also review the change history.
How to Register a Sale
To register a sale in Zenvia Conversion, follow these steps:
1. Go to Interactions in the left-hand menu.
2. Enter the chat of the desired contact.
3. Click on the "+" icon.
4. Select Register Sale.
Enter the name of the product(s), quantity, sales date, and additional information if necessary. Then, click Save.
Reports
To analyze your quotes, access the left-hand menu and click on Reports > Quotes Report. In the reports, you will find information about:

Waiting time: quotes awaiting confirmation.

Sales: quotes converted into sales.

Rejected: quotes rejected by the customer.

Revenue: the total money earned from approved quotes.

Quotes by group: quotes sent by your team.
