The flow chatbot allows you to automate communication with your users, guiding them through a series of predefined steps. In Zenvia Customer Cloud, you have three formats for creating flow chatbots. In addition to creating one from scratch, you can choose to develop it by instructing our artificial intelligence on the tasks the bot should perform, how it should behave, and what steps it should follow during the interaction, or you can choose one of our ready-made templates.

Example of use

Imagine your company wants to automate the process of collecting emails from customers interested in receiving your newsletter.

With a flow chatbot, you can create a process where the user, upon starting the interaction, receives a welcome message followed by a request to provide their email.

Once the email is collected, the bot can confirm the subscription and offer other options, such as choosing content preferences.

This is just a simple example, but the flexibility of flow chatbots allows you to create custom flows for a variety of purposes, from customer support to sales.

Flow chatbot creation formats

When accessing the New Chatbot screen and selecting the Flow Chatbot option, you will see the available formats:

01. Using the build wizard

The building assistant is ideal for users who prefer a guided approach. In it, artificial intelligence creates the conversation flows, and you can adjust only what is necessary for your reality.

You can create a chatbot with the goal of scheduling appointments, requesting service evaluations, or answering frequently asked questions.

02. Using a model

Creating a chatbot using a template is an efficient way to take advantage of pre-configured flows. These templates are based on common scenarios, such as FAQs, Evaluations, and Scheduling, and can be customized according to your specific needs.

This approach is ideal for beginners in chatbot creation, as we provide ready-made templates that allow you to add your information practically, without needing to build everything from scratch. These templates provide a structure with predefined actions and functionalities, facilitating and speeding up the development of conversations.

03. Blank

The option to create a chatbot from scratch offers total freedom for you to define the flow exactly as you want. You start from zero, defining each step and interaction as needed.

It is recommended for users familiar with creating conversational flows or those with very specific needs that are not met by assistants or templates.
