Scheduled Visits is a feature of the Analytics module of Zenvia Customer Cloud that provides reports on the quantity of scheduled and received physical visits in your company.
The metrics are derived from conversations held in the Sales module.
You can filter the data by groups and time period to thoroughly review your team's operations.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is available for users with Viewer, Operator, and Admin profiles. Additionally, you need to have the Visits application installed in your account.
How to Analyze Scheduled Visit Data
To access this feature, simply go to Analytics > Visits.
Check what each column in the graph represents:
- Branch: relates to existing service groups.
- Total Visits: total number of registered visits.
- Visits Made: contacts attended your company.
- Cancelled Visits: scheduled but not realized visits.
- Pending Visits: scheduled for the future.
