With the Generative AI Chatbot, you can include a personalized chat experience on your company's website or channels like WhatsApp Business without writing a single line of code.

Whether you aim to provide customer support, facilitate sales, or collect feedback, this type of Chatbot allows you to easily create personalized interactions tailored to your business's specific needs.

The steps to start your chatbot include:

  1. Create a chatbot.

  2. Customize your virtual assistant.

  3. Adjust the chatbot's personality, behavior, and skills.

  4. Integrate it into your website or communication channels your company uses.

Creating a new chatbot To access the screen for creating a new chatbot, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Chatbot Module > Chatbot List > Create new chatbot

  2. In Generative AI Chatbot, click Select

  3. Fill in the requested fields:

Name the chatbot: Choose a name that is simple and objectively identifies your chatbot.

Define a goal for your chatbot: Enter the guidance prompt for the chatbot to conduct interactions.

If preferred, use the available prompt examples below the description field:

  • Sales chatbot.

  • Technical Support chatbot.

  • Q&A chatbot.

By clicking on the desired template, the prompt is displayed accompanied by the Copy example button. Copy and paste it into the description field and edit the text according to your preferences.

💡 Tip: If you want the chatbot to avoid any comparisons with other companies in the same industry as yours, select the option Don’t compare to other businesses, located just above the Create chatbot button. This way, your chatbot will only use the content as described in the instructions field.

Done! After completing the field descriptions, click on Create chatbot.

Personalizing the New Chatbot

Personalize your chatbot's characteristics and create clearer instructions for it to operate more effectively and in line with your company's identity. When you configure the personality, behavior, and skills, the virtual assistant provides more appropriate responses to your users.
