The integration between WBuy and Zenvia Customer Cloud allows you to automatically import data from your customer base, optimizing communication journeys. With this integration, you can import information such as customers, orders, products, and basic account data to use in your campaigns and interactions with customers within Zenvia Customer Cloud.

In this article, learn how to configure the integration.

Generate the API Token in WBuy

1. Access your WBuy account.

2. Locate the API option. To do this, go to the side menu Platform > API and Webhooks > REST API Integration.

3. Click on Create API Key.

4. Enter a name for the key (e.g., "Integration with Zenvia Customer Cloud").

5. Configure access permissions. It is necessary to enable the GET method for the following data:

  • Customers
  • Orders
  • Products
  • Basic account data. This permission is used only to verify the provided access key.

⚠️ Attention: Even if you already have other API keys, we recommend creating a new key exclusively for the integration with Zenvia Customer Cloud. Changes or deletions of permissions on an existing key may compromise the integration.

6. After filling in the information, click Save.

7. Then, click on View to access the key details.
⚠️ Attention: Keep the key active! Make sure the status "ACTIVE" is set to "YES". If the key is deactivated, data synchronization will be interrupted.

8. Copy the value from the "Authorization" field:

  • Use only the data from the Authorization field. It is not necessary to use the "API User" and "API Password" fields, as the "Authorization" already contains the encoded information.

Configure the Integration in Zenvia Customer Cloud

1. Log in to Zenvia Customer Cloud.

2. In the side menu, click on Settings > Integrations.

3. Look for WBuy and click on Integrate.

4. Click on Integrate with WBuy.

5. Paste the copied value from the Authorization field.

6. Click on Integrate to validate the credential and complete the setup.

The integration between WBuy and Zenvia Customer Cloud is now complete! Your contact base will now sync automatically, allowing you to leverage the data to enhance your communications and service strategies.

If you have any questions or encounter issues during the process, contact Zenvia support.
