Find out how many support expert agents can be active at the same time in each plan and what happens when the limit is exceeded. Also, learn how to activate, pause, and delete agents.
Only users with the Administrator profile are allowed to activate, pause, or delete support expert agents.
Activation limits per plan
Each plan has a maximum number of support expert agents that can be active simultaneously:
Plan | Active support expert agent limit |
Specialist | Up to 15 |
Expert | Up to 30 |
Professional | Up to 60 |
Enterprise | Unlimited |
If you try to activate agents beyond your plan’s limit, the system will display a notification with the option to upgrade. The extra agents will remain deactivated.
How to activate, pause, and delete support expert agents
You can activate, pause, or delete an agent in the following ways:
Activate
- In the agent editing screen, click Create and activate expert agent.
- In the agent list, use the toggle button (Activate/Pause).
If the active agent limit is reached, the system will display a warning. The agent will be saved as Paused. If the limit is respected, the agent will be activated. |
Pause (deactivate)
- In the agent editing screen, click Save as draft to keep the agent Paused.
- In the agent list, use the toggle button to pause.
Delete
⚠️ Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- In the agent editing screen, click Delete and confirm the action.
- In the list, click the three-dot menu and choose Delete.
💡 Tip: You can activate, pause, and delete multiple support expert agents at once. Just select the desired agents and choose the action at the top of the agent list.
