The purpose of this article is to present and map a series of shortcuts in the Zenvia Customer Cloud Flow Chatbot Builder, ensuring greater agility in chatbot creation, enabling quick access to essential functions, and increasing productivity.

Example of use:

A Zenvia Customer Cloud chatbot developer, when structuring a complex service flow with multiple branches, uses the new keyboard shortcuts to quickly switch between editing intents and creating new response blocks. This allows them to stay focused on the flow logic without needing to constantly move the cursor to the side menus, reducing total setup time and increasing the fluidity of the technical build process.

To access this functionality, go to Chatbot > Chatbot List. When creating a new flow chatbot, within the builder, the Shortcuts tab is displayed in the upper right side of the screen.
