You can now view and download your payment slips and invoices directly through Instant Support in Movidesk, without having to open a support ticket and wait for a response.
With this new feature, you can download copies of your outstanding payment slips, view your invoices, and access your invoice history for the past 6 months, all through the chat, at any time. Since this involves financial information, access is restricted to the financial contacts already registered in your contract, as explained in the next section.
Who can view payment slips and invoices?
For security reasons, access to financial documents is available only to email addresses registered as financial contacts under your company's contract. These are the same addresses that already receive payment slips and invoices by email for each billing cycle. In other words, to use the self-service feature, log in to Movidesk using that same email address. If you log in with a different user account, the assistant will not provide access to the documents, even if you are an account administrator.
This is a secure way to protect your billing information: your company determines who is responsible for financial matters when registering the contacts who receive billing documents.
⚠️ Note for Administrators: If the person responsible for your company's finances has changed, request an update to the financial contact before attempting to access the documents. Simply make the request through the Instant Support chat, and it will open a ticket for our Finance team to review the request.
Key features
Instant Support was designed to be an experienced partner throughout your journey, offering the following capabilities:
Copies of outstanding payment slips and invoices: The assistant checks your outstanding financial items in real time and displays the due date, amount, and PDF file for download. You do not need to provide your contract number or registration details. All your outstanding invoices are displayed, including overdue ones. This feature is available for contracts billed by payment slip.
Invoice history: You can view and download invoices from the past 6 months.
Escalation to the Finance team: When a request requires human review, the assistant opens a ticket for you, including the full conversation history. This process is asynchronous: our Finance team handles the request through the ticket, and the response is then sent to your registered email address.
How to start a support conversation
1. Accessing Instant Support
Log in to your Movidesk instance using the email address registered as a financial contact, then click the Instant Support icon in the top bar, on the right-hand side (next to the search icon).
2. Starting the conversation
The chat opens with a greeting, and you can immediately type what you need in your own words.
Examples of how to use it
Requesting a copy of your payment slip
You no longer need to open a support ticket just to request a copy of a payment slip or invoice.
Example: "I need my payment slip."
Type your request in the chat.
The assistant checks your outstanding invoices and displays a list showing the due date and amount for each one.
Click the document you want to download the payment slip and invoice in PDF format.
The assistant informs you that the download link expires after 15 minutes. If it expires, simply request it again in the chat.
If your payment is split into installments, you will see one payment slip for each installment, all linked to the same invoice, exactly as specified in your contract.
Viewing your invoice history
Need an old invoice for your accounting records? The assistant can retrieve your invoice history.
Example: "Show me my invoices."
Type your request in the chat.
The assistant displays invoices from the past 6 months.
Click the invoice you want to download the PDF file.
Paying an overdue payment slip
Your payment slip remains valid after its due date. It does not lose its registration and remains available for payment until it is paid, with applicable interest and late fees. You can handle this directly through the chat.
Example: "I need to pay an overdue payment slip."
Type your request in the chat.
The assistant lists your outstanding invoices and identifies those that are overdue.
Download the original payment slip. Interest and late fees are calculated at the time of payment, according to the instructions on the document, so you do not need a new payment slip.
If you prefer to pay using an updated due date, you can generate a new copy directly on Bradesco's website, the issuing bank, using the details from the original payment slip.
Frequently asked questions
Who can view payment slips and invoices through Instant Support? For security reasons, access to financial documents is available only to email addresses registered as financial contacts under your company's contract. These are the same addresses that already receive payment slips and invoices by email for each billing cycle. To use the self-service feature, log in to Movidesk using that same email address.
I logged in with my email address, but the assistant did not provide my payment slips. Why? This happens when the email address you used to access Movidesk is not registered as a financial contact for your company. This is a security measure that ensures only people authorized by your company can access billing documents. You have two options: ask the person already registered as a financial contact to provide the document, or request that your email address be added through the chat. The assistant will open a ticket, and our Finance team will review the request and respond by email.
My payment slip is overdue. Can I still pay it? Yes. The Movidesk payment slip remains registered and available for payment until it is paid, with applicable interest and late fees. You can download the original payment slip through Instant Support and pay it as usual. The amount is updated at the time of payment, according to the instructions on the document.
Can I get a payment slip with an updated due date? Yes. You can generate a new copy directly on Bradesco's website, the issuing bank, using the details from the original payment slip. The amount will include the calculated charges.
Can I request a due date extension and avoid paying interest? The recommended approach is to pay the original payment slip, including the applicable charges. In specific cases, and only for invoices that are a few days overdue, our Finance team may review the request. In that case, the assistant will register it in a ticket. For invoices more than 20 days overdue, the due date cannot be changed and charges cannot be waived because the system does not allow these changes.
Can I open a support ticket directly, as I did before? The official process now starts through Instant Support. This is better for you because, in many cases, Instant Support can resolve your issue in seconds, eliminating the need to open a ticket and wait hours for an email response. If a ticket is necessary, the assistant will open it for you.
Is Instant Support available 24/7? Yes. It is available 24/7 for automated resolution, request triage, and ticket creation. When a human specialist is needed, the process is asynchronous and follows the Finance team's business hours: Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
I pay by credit card. Can I use the self-service feature? In this case, payments are charged automatically, so there is no payment slip to view. If you need an invoice or if the amount has not been charged to your card, explain this in the chat. The assistant will open a ticket for the Finance team, which will respond by email.
Why does my payment slip show a different due date than I expected? When the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is adjusted to the next business day. The assistant always displays the valid payment date, matching the date shown on the payment slip.
