Successful expert agent templates are ready-to-use models provided by Zenvia with pre-filled fields designed to make it easier to create an expert agent without starting from scratch. By using these available templates, you gain benefits such as simplification and agility in the process of creating and configuring expert agents.

To access this feature, go to Zenvia Customer Cloud > Expert Agents > Success tab > View the suggested success models for you > See more models.
You can search by the name or model of the desired successful expert agent.
Check out the successful expert agent templates available to help you sell more and nurture your customer base:
- Open orders from top customers: With this automation, you can identify top customers who have open orders for 7 days. We suggest sending a discount coupon as an incentive.
- Top customers by state: With this automation, you can group the best customers by state, allowing personalized promotions for each region of the country. We suggest sending a personalized message highlighting relevant products for that audience.
- Sales growth: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers classified as Potentially loyal, Recent, and with Positive sentiment. They are ideal for sales growth strategies.
- Customer retention and loyalty: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers classified as Champions and Loyal. They are ideal for loyalty programs and retention actions.
- Reactivation of inactive customers: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers classified as Lost. They need campaigns that encourage them to make new purchases.
- Loss prevention: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers classified as Need attention and At risk. They need specific actions to prevent them from becoming Lost Customers.
- Relationship recovery: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers classified as Cannot be lost. They need special actions to encourage them to buy again from the brand.
- Negative sentiment reversal: With this automation, you can send exclusive messages to customers who express negative sentiment towards the brand due to a bad experience. They need campaigns to shift their perception back to something positive.
Just choose the desired template and click on it to open it, then click Use template to apply it. These models will already be pre-filled, but you can edit the data.
From there, you will follow the regular flow of creating successful expert agents, with the option to Edit, Delete, or Copy actions and conditions, as well as edit the timer and usage limit.
